The above sample grid illustrates the rewards for recommending PG for an Annual Membership. Five ( 5 ) is the minimum number of referrals necessary to qualify for the above commission plan. Commissions are paid out once the last person referred has signed in for our Annual Membership Tier. In order to receive a commission, you must send an email to pgforce@pinnaclegirl.com with the first & last names of the persons you are referring in order for us to cross reference new members with your referrals.
